The National Road Safety Agency (NARSA) now allows buyers of second-hand vehicles to submit their ownership-transfer file to the registration service in the place of residence of either the seller or the buyer, according to a statement from the agency.

Files can also be submitted to Barid Bank and Barid Cash branches serving either of these places of residence.
