Younoussa Mballo, a founding member of the Senegalese party Kiiraay, wants it to become the leading political force in Kolda Region. He made the call at a rally held on Saturday 24 October in the Bouna district, according to a report by Ismaila Mansaly published by Pressafrik.

Mballo asked party members and supporters to set up branches in the region’s various localities and urged party officials to overcome their differences to establish the party.
