Two phones stolen from members of Omoyele Sowore’s team during the attack in Ado-Ekiti have been located in the capital of Ekiti State, one near the governor’s office. Sowore called on the Nigerian police and intelligence services to release CCTV footage, according to Daily Post Nigeria.

Two phones stolen from members of Omoyele Sowore’s team, a candidate in the Nigerian presidential election for the African Action Congress (AAC), were located on Sunday in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, according to a statement by Mr Sowore. One of the devices was tracked opposite the state governor’s office and the other near Fajuyi Park, in the regional capital.

Omoyele Sowore accused the Nigerian police and the Department of State Services (DSS), the domestic intelligence service, of failing to release CCTV footage seized from Tawakalitu Restaurant, where his team was attacked on Friday.
