Koumra’s FIFA Arena, a mini football stadium inaugurated on 9 September in the 2nd arrondissement of Koumra, remains without sporting activity after damage caused by strong winds. Hassan Ali Hassan, provincial delegate for Youth and Sports of Mandoul, said several floodlights were torn down and a company had been contacted to replace them, according to Tchadinfos.

The operation of the pitch is also being delayed by the absence of a management committee. It is to bring together representatives of the provincial delegation for Youth and Sports, the provincial football league and the town hall, under the supervision of the Mandoul Provincial Council, Hassan Ali Hassan said. The mini-stadium is then expected to host training sessions and matches for young people.
