Nigeria’s minister of aviation and aerospace development, Festus Keyamo, has launched a series of television spots promoting President Bola Tinubu’s aviation record ahead of the 2027 presidential election. Called the “Tinubu Aviation Revolution Series”, the campaign will be broadcast from 1 November 2026 on major television channels, according to Tunde Moshood, the minister’s special adviser on media and communications.

The spots will last 30 seconds and present the Tinubu administration’s achievements in aviation, as well as the sector’s contribution to economic growth, tourism, trade, investment and international connectivity. Broadcasts are expected to continue until a few days before the presidential vote.

The initiative comes as Bola Tinubu’s All Progressives Congress (APC) prepares its campaign for the 2027 general elections. It follows public support for Tinubu’s candidacy expressed by Oshiomhole and Atiku’s son on 31 October.
