French group Accès Industrie has bought Atlas Rental from Loxam, 11 years after selling its Moroccan subsidiary Maroc Élévation to the company. Announced on 3 November 2026 and already completed, the deal enables Accès Industrie to resume its equipment-hire activities in Morocco, according to Bladi.

French group Accès Industrie has bought Atlas Rental from Loxam and is consequently resuming its activities in Morocco, Bladi reports, citing Loxam’s announcement on 3 November. The transaction has already been completed.

Loxam explained the sale by the additional investment needed to develop its Moroccan subsidiary and its desire to focus its resources on Europe and Latin America. Its CEO, Gérard Déprez, described Atlas Rental as a “healthy and profitable” company and said Accès Industrie would be able to continue its development while ensuring continuity for employees and customers.

Atlas Rental mainly operates in Casablanca, serving construction and industrial companies. Loxam became its sole owner in July 2023 after buying the 49% stake held by Moroccan group Stokvis Nord Afrique.

The purchase reverses the sale of Maroc Élévation, an Accès Industrie subsidiary sold to Atlas Rental in 2015. That transaction marked the French group’s withdrawal from the Moroccan market.
