Its issue 175 covers the period from 26 October to 2 November 2026 and also provides information on fish prices, according to the bulletin.
Ivorian drinks made from bissap, ginger and baobab are taking up an increasing share of shops and supermarkets, according to the National Council for the Fight Against the High Cost of Living (CNLVC), in its Écho des marchés bulletin published on 1 November 2026. Sold by several companies under different brands and in suitable packaging, they are being promoted during Local Consumption Month.
The CNLVC says their consumption can support national companies, production units and agricultural producers when the raw materials are local. It also encourages restaurants, hotels and event organisers to include more of these drinks in their offerings, according to the Écho des marchés bulletin.
The same bulletin announces a reduction of 2,500 CFA francs on 20 kg cartons of horse mackerel and mackerel. The agreement was reached on 22 October in Abidjan-Plateau at a meeting chaired by Trade, Industry and Handicrafts Minister Kalil Konaté with importers and wholesalers, according to the CNLVC.
