Vincent Mbokoto Dilla, secretary-general of the CNCA-PDD political movement, is calling for Central African President Faustin-Archange Touadéra to resign and for a peaceful transition to open. He accuses the authorities of allowing living conditions, including access to food, healthcare, education and employment, to deteriorate, reports Corbeau News Centrafrique.

Vincent Mbokoto Dilla, secretary-general of the Central African political movement CNCA-PDD, demanded on 29 October 2026 the resignation of President Faustin-Archange Touadéra and the opening of a peaceful transition. He accused the authorities of leading the country towards the “total collapse of the state”, according to Corbeau News Centrafrique.

The political figure said many families could no longer afford food, healthcare, schooling for their children or employment. He also denounced the collapse of public services, the deterioration of education and hospitals’ inability to meet the population’s needs, according to Corbeau News Centrafrique.

Vincent Mbokoto Dilla also accused Faustin-Archange Touadéra’s regime of favouring opaque contracts in a country rich in gold, diamonds and forests. He also criticised the security strategy, which he considered costly for young people and harmful to national sovereignty, as well as the violations of democratic functioning and the Constitution that he attributed to the authorities.

The statement came after public criticism of the Central African president by Dologuélé, which led the government to threaten him on 4 October. It also followed Gouandjika’s call for freedom of speech on 18 October.
