Eswatini Prime Minister Russell Dlamini calls on administrations to improve the user experience and quality of public services. He says policies, approval procedures and administrative delays directly affect economic activity and citizen satisfaction, according to his speech delivered by Owen Nxumalo.

Eswatini Prime Minister Russell Dlamini wants to improve the quality of services provided by administrations and businesses to users. His message was delivered by Minister for Education and Training Owen Nxumalo during the 11th edition of the Customer Experience Awards, held at the Happy Valley Hotel in Ezulwini, reports the Times of Eswatini.

Russell Dlamini said the user experience also depended on public policies, regulations, approval procedures and processing times. He called on public institutions and businesses to support vocational training, certification, an annual conference on customer experience and Customer Service Week, according to the Times of Eswatini.

The services sector accounts for more than half of Eswatini’s gross domestic product, the prime minister said. He also linked the quality of service to the decisions of investors, tourists and business partners, while calling for these initiatives to be extended to the mining, transport, education, agriculture, local government and informal economy sectors.
