Jet Energy plans to offer 2.625 million new shares at between 125 and 143 dirhams during its stock market listing, raising up to 375 million dirhams. Subscription is scheduled for 2 to 5 November 2026, with the funds to finance its growth, vertical integration and expansion in West Africa, according to BMCE Capital Global Research, cited by LesEco.ma.

BMCE Capital Global Research (BKGR), a Moroccan financial research firm, recommends subscribing to the stock market listing of Jet Energy, a company specialising in photovoltaic solutions, which could raise between 328 million and 375 million dirhams. The subscription period is scheduled for 2 to 5 November 2026, according to the transaction details.

The offer covers 2.625 million new shares, offered at between 125 and 143 dirhams each. BKGR sets a target price of 170 dirhams, representing potential upside of 18.9% compared with the top of the price range.

Jet Energy had an order book worth 1.49 billion dirhams at the end of June 2026. The funds raised are intended to finance its growth, vertical integration and expansion in West Africa. BKGR nevertheless highlights risks linked to customer concentration, the company’s dependence on its parent company Jet Contractors and the execution of its development plan.

The transaction follows the announcement on 23 October of Jet Energy’s discounted stock market listing in Morocco. The fundraising by Laprophan, a Moroccan pharmaceutical company, announced on 28 October, involves a maximum amount of 2.2 billion dirhams.
