Guinea-Bissau’s Minister of Social Communication, Abduramane Turé, called on the National Printing Office INACEP-ECP to increase its own revenue, strengthen internal controls and reduce waste. He was speaking at the opening of a two-day planning seminar devoted to the institution’s priorities for 2027, according to the ANG news agency.

Abduramane Turé called for rigorous resource management and strategic planning focused on financial viability, administrative transparency and efficiency. INACEP-ECP officials must set guidelines to improve the institution’s operation and operational capacity, as it is expected to strengthen its role in safeguarding the Guinean state’s documents.

The call follows requests made to INACEP in recent weeks: on 15 October, the minister asked the institution to continue its modernisation, and on 29 October he asked it to present a realistic budget.
