Tickets for the Bayern Munich-Ajax Amsterdam match, scheduled for 5 January 2027 to inaugurate Nairobi’s Raila Odinga International Stadium, are now on sale from 2,500 Kenyan shillings. Authorities warn against a fake price list and direct fans to the official website, Tuko reports.

Tickets for the match between Bayern Munich and Ajax Amsterdam, scheduled for 5 January 2027 to inaugurate the Raila Odinga International Stadium in Nairobi, go on sale on 5 November from 6pm East Africa Time. Prices start at 2,500 Kenyan shillings and purchases can be made exclusively through the official website talantasportscity.com, according to Kenyan Sports Minister Salim Mvurya.

Seven categories are available, from Level 1 to skyboxes, including an affordable category. Payments can be made by M-Pesa or bank card, and tickets are sent by SMS and email. The authorities warned supporters not to use a fake price list circulating online, which showed prices of up to 80,000 shillings. No tickets will be sold physically at the stadium, according to the ministry’s statement.

The ticket launch follows the announcement of the Bayern-Ajax match to inaugurate Raila Odinga Stadium on 28 October, followed by confirmation on 31 October that the match would serve as a test ahead of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations. The two clubs had also promised to field their first teams on 1 November.
