A parliamentary question in Morocco reports complaints from members of the social welfare institution for electricity and water, who say they have been denied access to COS’ONE services. MP Nourredine M’dian raised the issue in the House of Representatives, according to the source text.
Moroccan MP Noureddine Moudiane, a member of the Istiqlal parliamentary group in the House of Representatives, questioned the Minister of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development over the alleged denial of some social services by COS’ONE, the social welfare foundation of the National Office of Electricity and Drinking Water (ONEE). He cited access to swimming pools in particular, according to his written question dated 3 August 2026.
The parliamentary group said it had received complaints from beneficiaries and their families, notably at the COS’ONE holiday resort in Fez. Members can access the same services at other centres, a situation that, according to Noureddine Moudiane, raises questions about respect for the principle of equality among beneficiaries.
