Khady Diagne has admitted to some of the irregularities alleged against her in two land transactions, involving total estimated damages of 73.59 million CFA francs. The businesswoman, arrested by the Criminal Investigation Division and then referred to the public prosecutor, is being prosecuted following complaints by P. Diallo and F. Cissé, Senenews reports.
The first complaint concerns 24.09 million CFA francs. P. Diallo says he paid 36 million CFA francs for two adjoining plots measuring 254 square metres in the Mourtada housing estate, before receiving a partial refund of 11.91 million CFA francs. He accuses Khady Diagne of giving him an allocation notification bearing a scanned signature, as well as several documents he believes were forged, according to Senenews.
The second complaint, filed by F. Cissé, concerns 49.5 million CFA francs and involves similar allegations. The investigation is based in particular on an interim order issued on 10 February 2026 by Dakar’s high court, according to Senenews.
