Barcelona beat Alavés 6-1 in La Liga, with Raphinha and Lamine Yamal each scoring twice, the Ghanaian Chronicle reports, citing the BBC. The Catalan club thus returned to the top of the Spanish league after losing to Real Madrid in the Clásico.

Fermín López and Anthony Gordon also scored for Barcelona. Alavés scored their only goal late in the match through Mariano Díaz. Raphinha has now scored 15 La Liga goals this season, while Lamine Yamal has ten, according to the BBC.
