Kaizer Chiefs reached the Carling Cup semi-finals by beating Siwelele 2-1 on Sunday at Peter Mokaba Stadium. After falling behind to Siyabonga Ndebele’s 11th-minute goal, Chiefs equalised through Wandile Duba’s penalty before half-time, then Asanele Velebayi scored the winning goal in the 84th minute, reports TimesLIVE.

Kaizer Chiefs were awarded their equalising penalty after Ndebele fouled Mduduzi Shabalala in the area. Shabalala had earlier missed a first penalty in the 36th minute.
