Harry Kane wore a Rolex Cosmograph Daytona “Blue Sapphire” estimated to be worth one million pounds sterling, or 1.19 million euros, at the 2026 Ballon d’Or gala. The white-gold watch, set with blue sapphires, is a rare collector’s item, according to L’essentiel.

Harry Kane, the English striker for Bayern Munich, wore a Rolex Cosmograph Daytona “Blue Sapphire” estimated to be worth one million pounds sterling at the Ballon d’Or 2026 gala in London on Monday evening, the Luxembourg newspaper L’essentiel reports. The stated value is equivalent to about 1.19 million euros.

The watch is made of 18-carat white gold, with a 40-millimetre case and a bezel set with 36 blue sapphires. This rare model is not listed in Rolex’s official catalogue, according to L’essentiel. The publication also says Kane owns a Rolex Rainbow estimated to be worth more than half a million euros.

The London gala named Kane the 2026 Ballon d’Or winner and presented him with the Gerd Müller Trophy. The Bayern striker is the first Bundesliga player to win the Ballon d’Or since Germany’s Matthias Sammer in 1996, and the first Englishman since Michael Owen in 2001, L’essentiel reports.
