The assets of Société commerciale de banque (SCB) Cameroon are to be auctioned on 16 October in Yaoundé in a dispute with NB Sera Sarl. The debt in question amounts to 826 million CFA francs, after several unfavourable court rulings against the bank, according to Le Reflet.

The assets of Société commerciale de banque (SCB) Cameroon are to be auctioned on 16 October 2026 in Yaoundé. The sale, ordered by a judge, will take place on the forecourt of the FOE building in the Elig-Essono district, the Cameroonian biweekly Le Reflet reports, as cited by Mimimefoinfos.

The forced execution stems from a dispute launched eight years ago between the bank and NB Sera Sarl, a company headed by Séraphine Ndongo. Le Reflet puts the debt at 826 million CFA francs and says SCB has been dismissed by the courts hearing the case, up to the Supreme Court.
