Four AGL Congo employees have obtained CPLO certification, a qualification in lifting operations recognised by the professional association LEEA. Described as a first for the company, the certification is valid until June 2029 and enables holders to prepare, check and validate lifting operations, according to Journal de Brazza.

Four employees of Africa Global Logistics (AGL) Congo have obtained the CPLO certification, which covers the preparation and validation of lifting operations. It is the first certification of this type earned within the company, according to AGL Congo.

The training combined online learning with an in-person session. Valid until June 2029, the certification authorises the four employees to prepare, check and validate lifting plans in line with international practices.

These plans define the conditions for carrying out work, check that equipment is suitable for the loads being handled and help identify risks. AGL Congo says this in-house expertise should strengthen the preparation and validation of operations carried out for its clients.
