Educator and author Xolile Dludlu is preparing to publish a book about her journey after personal trials and rebuilding her self-esteem. She plans to launch it in November and hopes to encourage women facing difficult relationships, according to the Times of Eswatini.

The book launch is to coincide with that of the Umchele welitsemba Foundation, an initiative led by Dludlu. She holds a master’s degree in educational psychology and says she wrote her memoirs to share lessons about self-esteem, personal boundaries and unhealthy relationships. She explains that writing led her to confront painful memories linked to her marriages and to reclaim her voice about her experiences.
