Miguel Kashal Katemb’s communications unit says that the Regulatory Authority for Subcontracting in the Private Sector (ARSP) recorded no salary arrears during the three years and eight months he managed it. It also says that staff received medical care through several providers, reports Actualité.cd.

The defence comes after criticism from his successor at the head of the ARSP. On 22 October, Kashal also demanded the publication of the list of companies deemed ineligible for subcontracting, in a case already mentioned in his request for the list of ineligible companies.
