Russia accuses Ukraine of attacking an oil refinery south of Moscow, after Volodymyr Zelensky announced the resumption of Ukrainian strikes on Russian energy infrastructure. The Ukrainian president says he suspended the operations for three days, while Moscow continued its attacks, Theghanareport reports.

Russia has accused Ukraine of attacking an oil refinery, The Ghana Report reports. The accusation comes after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the resumption of strikes on Russian facilities, which had been suspended for three days at the request of the United States.

Volodymyr Zelensky told the Financial Times that Russia had continued to strike Ukrainian energy infrastructure during the pause. He also accused Washington of halting intelligence-sharing on Russian strikes to put pressure on Kyiv, and said restrictions imposed on Starlink, the satellite service used by the Ukrainian military were deliberate. Ukrainian defence officials told the BBC that some Starlink features had been restored.
