Kenya joins international talks on peace in Sudan

Kenya, the United States, China, Russia and several organisations have agreed to coordinate peace initiatives to end the war in Sudan, which is said to have killed about 59,000 people. Participants also called for an end to arms and mercenary supplies at a meeting in Geneva organised with the UN and Switzerland.
