Drone strikes killed several civilians, including six women in West Darfur and four people in West Kordofan, according to local observers. The victims included displaced people, patients and civilian passengers, while other attacks targeted populated areas and military installations in Sudan, Radio Dabanga reports.

A drone strike attributed to the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), Sudan’s paramilitary group, killed several people, including six women, and wounded five others on Saturday in Bir Saliba, in the Sarba locality of West Darfur, Radio Dabanga reports. Most of the victims were reportedly displaced people who had come to work in agriculture.

The Joint Force, allied with the Sudanese army, took control of Bir Saliba at the beginning of October, while fighting continued in the surrounding area, according to Radio Dabanga. Other strikes targeted military installations in eastern Sudan, and a fire destroyed up to 80 commercial stalls in North Nile State.
