Harold Nkoudoh, secretary of the Cameroon Renaissance Movement’s communal federation in Kékem, says its members are ready to target victory in the next municipal and legislative elections. Thirteen federation delegates attended the 17 October convention in Yaoundé, which elected Tiriane Balbine Noah president after Maurice Kamto’s resignation, reports Camer.

Harold Nkoudoh, secretary of the communal federation of the Cameroon Renaissance Movement (MRC) in Kékem, says his party is ready to contest the next municipal and legislative elections and is aiming for every vote in the commune. He was speaking after the MRC’s extraordinary convention held on 17 October in Yaoundé, according to Camer.

Nkoudoh says 13 delegates from Kékem took part in the convention, which elected Tiriane Balbine Noah as party president. He argues that the results of the 12 October 2025 presidential election show the MRC’s local presence: Issa Tchiroma Bakary received 5,843 votes there, compared with 2,745 for Paul Biya, according to figures compiled by local political actors.
